Worked on Crim Law & Crim Pro. Issue spotted a couple of Remedies essays and worked on some MBEs.

Went through essays written for class to review feedback. Worked on Corps. Reviewed Contracts mini outline. Will work on Crim Law/Pro tomorrow.

CA Bar Prep - Day Off July 18, 2008

Thanks to a car accident back in 2005, I was in Court for the better part of today trying to recover my out-of-pocket expenses. (No luck … but finally have a trial date set for January 2009).

So, its one of an “accidentally-on-purpose” kind of a day off from bar prep. Will be back at it in the morning. Right now, I am going to go and have a burger and fries.
