Posted by atharkhan in : CA Bar Prep, Law School, Personal , 2commentsA few hours ago, I took my last law school final ever. It turned out to be significantly more straightforward and easy than I had imagined it would be. In any case, I am done with law school. Bar prep starts on Monday, May 19th.

Some of the highly impressive accomplishments of the day: 1) woke up earlier than usual 2) went for a 3.5 mile walk 3) had my cable (tv) completely disconnected 4) cancelled my online DVD rental subscription 5) listened to a couple of hours of contracts lectures 6) did 25 MBE questions 7) worked on the Moral Character Application 8) got my knees checked out — everything looks okay (yaay!) — but I still have to get an MRI done to figure out what is going on 9) attended my trademark law class, and 10) worked on my Wills & Trusts outline.

Hi <NAME>,
As you know, I am in the process of taking the California Bar exam. As part of this process, I have to complete an “Application for Determination of Moral Character” which requires five individuals to be listed as personal references.
With your permission, I would appreciate being able to use you as a reference who can speak to my personal character.
If you agree to provide a reference, you will receive a one page questionnaire which will take less than 10 minutes to complete. All questions can be answered by filling out “bubbles” and you will not be required to write any comments.
Please let me know if you would be willing to provide a reference for me.
