Posted by atharkhan in : Personal, Tech , 9commentsMy 6 year old Panasonic plasma TV died a few weeks ago. I had been considering getting a new HDTV anyway so this was somewhat of a coincidence. After asking around, I have (I think!) narrowed it down to the Samsung LN46B630
Anyone want to weigh in and offer the tiebreaker opinion on this? 
Looking for an Ultra-Compact Camera November 22, 2009
Posted by atharkhan in : Personal , 3commentsI’ve been taking way too many photos with my iPhone. Even though the image quality is downright horrible, the reason I end up taking pictures with it is because it’s always with me. The DSLR along with the heavy lenses sits at home, unused for months at a time. So, I think the answer is an ultra compact Camera. Initially, I thought a Canon G series camera would be nice. But, that camera isn’t exactly pocket friendly either. A Leica would be great but I can’t justify the price. Checked out a couple of Panasonic cameras (with Leica lenses) too. So, now it’s down to the Canon PowerShot SD780IS
Google Scholar Enables Search of Legal Opinions & Journals November 18, 2009

Even though I have access to LexisNexis and Westlaw, I have been using Google Scholar extensively for a couple of days and find it very useful.
