Worked on Torts, some MBEs and quickly went over Con Law once. Will pick up with Con Law again tomorrow. Then, hopefully CP, and W&T.

Still can’t seem to get the rules down. People keep telling me that its in there (in my brain) somewhere and will magically pop out during the exam — I sure hope so because right now, I am not sure its in there.

Worked on Prof Responsibility — this is a topic that supposedly straightforward but I am really not sure what my bar prep people were thinking when they created these materials. I think I will have to default to Barbri on this one.

Worked on some MBEs as well.
