CA Bar Prep - Day 62 July 22, 2008

Still can’t seem to get the rules down. People keep telling me that its in there (in my brain) somewhere and will magically pop out during the exam — I sure hope so because right now, I am not sure its in there.

It is in there Athar - You will be surprised of the stuff that comes out of your head on the exam.
Some insight that might help now that you are getting close - Professional Responsibility is ALWAYS tested on the essays, usually as a cross-over with crim law/crim pro or perhaps corporations (like it was when I took the exam). So don’t take Prof. Responsibility lightly. Also, this being July, Evidence has been tested on the essays in July for something like 19 out of the past 20 July bar exams - so its likely to show up this July.
Your bar prep probably already gave you some predictions which are helpful, but don’t restrict your studying to only those subjects, or you might get burned if a subject that is on the exam comes up that you didn’t devote a lot of study to, sicne you assumed it was not going to come up based on the predictions. I am sure you are on top of everything, so I am sure you”ll do fine.
