CA Bar Prep – Day 44 July 2, 2008

Ran through Torts flashcards (in S/M). Spent some time on Res Judicata and Collateral Estoppel and then issue spotted 4 Civ Pro essays — did fairly okay.

Did 20 Torts MBEs @ 75%.

Probably got about 6 to 8 good hours out of the day
