CA Bar Prep – Day 43 July 1, 2008

There wasn’t much point in sitting through 3 hours of MBEs when they are the same as I will end up doing on Adaptibar. I figured it was pointless to do them when I am not ready for Evidence and Property (which is about the most tedious for me on MBEs). Swapped a book at the bookstore.
Finally finished entering the last 40 Torts flashcards in S/M so I can finally start using it without the dismiss/forget/undismiss/remember routines. Also finished the last few audio lectures left over (I didn’t really need to finish them — but it has to do with obsessive compulsiveness that the bar seems to have brought out in me. Somehow, suddenly everything needs to be tracked, organized, and completed).
Probably got no more than 5 hours out of today. Will start the schedule suggested by the school from tomorrow morning (especially the exercise part — or else I will have to attend my brother’s wedding in elastic pants).
No MBEs; No Essays. Just some administrative housecleaning to get ready for the homestretch starting tomorrow.
