CA Bar Prep - Day 08 May 27, 2008

Sat in class for 4.5 Hours — took ~30 pages of notes (mostly just to remain alert and learn actively). Came home. Spent 4 good hours learning Criminal Law flash cards (and entering them) for tomorrow. Issue spotted one Con Law essay (to avoid having to put a zero in my Excel worksheet). Was pretty tired by this time to handle Con Law effectively. Will have to revisit it first thing in the morning.
Going to go take a walk and then go to bed.
