CA Bar Prep – Day 03 May 22, 2008

Woke up at 6 AM and “issue spotted” 5 Torts essays. Drove to Class. Attended class from 11 AM to 3 PM. Then, from 4 PM to 8 PM, I went over the Torts flashcards and the notes I took during the lecture. Wrote out some questions to ask the prof tomorrow. Drove home. Did 29 Torts MBEs with an accuracy of 58%.

Athar – just stay with the study plan and do what they ask every day and you’ll do fine. I would spend more time breifly reviewing the outline the night before and taking your notes. Not sure spending a lot of your time reviewing your notes after a lecture adds much value. If you issue spot and do you MBE’s religuously, you’ll do fine.
