CA Bar Prep – Day 03 May 22, 2008

Woke up at 6 AM and “issue spotted” 5 Torts essays. Drove to Class. Attended class from 11 AM to 3 PM. Then, from 4 PM to 8 PM, I went over the Torts flashcards and the notes I took during the lecture. Wrote out some questions to ask the prof tomorrow. Drove home. Did 29 Torts MBEs with an accuracy of 58%.
