Sometimes you’re the windshield… June 14, 2007
Posted by atharkhan in : Personal , trackbackI was a little disappointed by the events of this past week. Friends and family who know me are familiar with what I am talking about. The ultimate outcome of these events is that something that I wanted to do will now be delayed at least by a few years. At worst, it may never happen. I personally like to think in terms of “if this is the worst thing that happens to me, I will have lived a fantastic life.” Other’s have put it more succinctly as “you just gotta keep on keepin’ on.” The best one I ever heard was “Sometimes you’re the windshield, sometimes you’re the bug.”
