Patent Bar Prep - Day 39 February 22, 2007
Posted by atharkhan in : Patent Bar Prep , trackbackAnother slow day. All I did was go over the notes a couple times (about 40 pages) which I had taken down as I was going through the Kayton Chapters. I hadn’t started writing down the rules until I reached Chapter 9 so I have nothing for the first eight which cover all the 102/103/112 issues. Will go over those in the Kayton binders tomorrow.
As the exam draws closer, I find myself slowing down rather than working at a faster pace. E.g. today, I took almost 3 hours to talk and reminisce with an old friend. I think my brain needed a respite because I am actually less stressed about this.
The trick on this (as with any other) exam will be managing time, stress and fatigue. I will have 3.6 minutes per question for six hours. I think they have an optional break — which I don’t know if I will take.
I plan on going over the October 2003 exam tomorrow. If I have any patience left over, I will try and do April 2003 as well.
Not sure if I will skip school tomorrow night. I don’t think I will be mentally present even if I did go.
Anyway. That’s all for now. I sure hope I get past this beast.
