Posted by atharkhan in : Patent Bar Prep , add a commentGot through the videos for Chapter 20 (Representing the Inventor or Owner), Chapter 21 (Allowance, Issue, Maintenance and Extension) and about halfway through Chapter 18 (Petition and Appeal).
Will pick up tomorrow with Chapter 18, Chart 21.

I really don’t see the point of memorizing minutiae such as time limits and waiting periods. Maybe that is supposed to make one a “better” patent practitioner. Maybe it is useful trivia at cocktail parties. Either way, the good news is that the material is becoming relatively easier probably because it relies on cumulative knowledge.
I just finished the videos for Chapters 16 (Inventorship) and 19 (Ownership, Assignment, Secrecy and Access). I will pick up tomorrow with Chapter 20 (Representing the Inventor or Owner) which starts with Video 18, Chart 37.
There are only 4 more days before school starts and I have about 6.5 videos to go through. Hopefully I can get this done so that in the two weeks after that, I can focus solely on practice questions. I don’t think that I will be able to dedicate any time to this after the second week of school…
