Patent Bar Prep - Day 23 January 13, 2007
Posted by atharkhan in : Patent Bar Prep , trackbackFinished Chapter 6 and 7. My performance on Chapter 6 was horribly bad because it dealt primarily with procedural and not conceptual issues. So, now I have slightly changed my strategy. Before starting on a chapter, I review the lecture charts provided by the prep course and it seems to help greatly. I have made a mental note to do that the weekend before the exam. Tomorrow I will pick up with Chapter 8 and try and get as far as I can. I have to do the reading for UCC, Corporations and Wills & Trusts as well. Those three classes are turning out to be very rule intensive.
Anyway, I will now go waste some time in front of the TV. I have earned it.
