Patent Bar Prep - Day 19 January 7, 2007
Posted by atharkhan in : Patent Bar Prep , trackbackGot back to Irvine around 7 PM and viewed lecture videos for about 5 hours straight. Got through Chapter 18 (Introduction to Petitions & Appeals), Chapter 22 (Correction of Patents) and Chapter 24 (Interference Practice). I also got through the section on Design Patents in Chapter 23 (Design & Plant Patents) and will pick up tomorrow at Chapter 26, Chart 10 (Video 20, Chart 10).
Tomorrow is the last day of the Winter “Break.” I have 4.5 Chapters (i.e. 3 whole videos) to get through in one day. After that, I have to pick up where I left off with the practice questions.
I am taking 11 units of classes this semester (Corporations, UCC and Wills & Trusts) and the assignments for them have already been posted. I am irritated that I didn’t get through this faster. I know that this entire prep could have been done along with questions in 3 weeks. It could have been! Urghhh!
