Patent Bar Prep - Day 08 December 25, 2006

Worked solely on questions today. Got up to Q128 of Chapter 3. I think there are total of 145 so I am about 17 questions away from being done with questions on claims. Didn’t view any videos today. I’ve been at this for a while so I am going to take a break. If i feel particularly ambitious, I might finish up the last 17 tonight.

Finished 102(f) and (g) as well as 103. In other words, I got through the videos through the end of Chapter 5 of the course. I still haven’t done any more questions since I left off at Q74 of Chapter 3. So, tomorrow, it will be all about the questions.

As I look at the lecture charts, I am about 10% done. At this rate, this is going to take way too long.

Anyway. I am done for now. Tomorrow’s a new day.

Google Releases Patent Search December 24, 2006

Just got an email from Google announcing that they have released Google Patent Search. It’s fast! Google Fast! I also liked the ability to search for patents by Assignee and Date Ranges under the Advanced Search options.
