Patent Bar Prep - Day 11 December 28, 2006

Finished the videos on Chapter 6 (Continuing Applications & Introduction to Continued Examinations). There are a lot of rules to remember but luckily they do not seem too complex. As strange as it may seem, this stuff almost seems easier than remembering all the 102 variations.

So, thats about it for the day.

Yeah.. I hope so too. It is really not difficult at all. Just time consuming and tedious.

I sent in my app on Dec 21st. I see that my card was charged on the 22nd so I know they are looking at it. From what my friends tell me, a test date of about 4 weeks from the date of application is assigned (with a 90 day range ofcourse). So, my guess is that I will be able to take this any time between Jan 21st and April 21st.

Good luck man! I am also preparing patent bar exam and hope it works ofr me, too….
