Patent Bar Prep - Day 10 December 27, 2006
Posted by atharkhan in : Patent Bar Prep , trackbackFinished the first 60 questions on Chapter 4 (which tests all sections of 102). Only watched a couple videos on Continuing Applications. It took about 3 hours to do the 60 questions. In the beginning, I was getting an alarming number of them wrong. But, as I started noticing some patterns in what to look for to establish a Date of Invention etc., it got a bit easier. The PTO seems to delight in testing on issues of identity, geography and virtually every subtlety between the 102 sections. The differences between (d) and (e) got me a few times but now I think I have a fairly decent handle on it.
I am going to call it a night and go to my Yoga class.
