Patent Bar Prep – Day 09 December 26, 2006
Posted by atharkhan in : Patent Bar Prep , trackbackFinished out the questions for Chapter 3… and stopped there. This stuff was fun up until a few days ago but it is turning into drudgery. With 10 days before school, this is not where I wanted to be. I have burned half the winter break on Section 112 and 102/103.
Another thing that bothers me is that I was hoping to retain a good percentage of it mentally so that I would only have to go to the MPEP for a few off the wall questions. As it turns out, its normal to have to consult the MPEP for a majority of the questions. I don’t know … that just doesn’t seem right to me. With only 3.6 minutes per question, it just doesn’t seem feasible to consult the MPEP a whole lot. For now, I am going to try and go from memory. If my averages start falling below 70%, I will have to start consulting it.
So there you have it, I have used a little over 1/3rd of the time I had set aside for this and am not where I should have been. I don’t know if the goals were unrealistic or if I am not putting in the effort that I should be. I guess time will tell. For now, there are 10 days to make up for the last 9 which havent amounted to much.
