One Step Forward…. Two Steps Back October 26, 2005

I have been trying to coordinate with my law school on how to send a broadcase email to all the students in order to ask for donations for the earthquake victims but havent made much headway at all. I guess its so far away from here and with Rita and Wilma all over the news, the earthquake is no longer a standout issue. I did manage to find a retailer who is willing to give me wholesale prices on Mylar blankets. They will sell me blankets at $1.19/blanket. So, now the goal is to get as many of these as possible and have them shipped to PIA’s office so that they can be transported to Pakistan. Its a slow painful process and with law school exams around the corner, I dont know how long I can keep working on this.
