It was a dark and stormy knight… June 17, 2005
Posted by atharkhan in : Personal, Review , trackbackI have been waiting for a new Dark Knight (aka Batman) movie for a while. Batman Begins seems extremely well done. I am going to go see it on Monday. Waiting for the weekend to pass so all the fan(atic)s are done with the movie. Those guys do add to the experience but are also distracting.
Take Star Wars for example. There were a couple guys behind me who were completely into it. One of them was crying when Anakin went to the dark side. The other was consoling him. “Well, you know they come back and win!!” he says… sheesh. In any case, the guy who was crying was so distraught he had to leave the theatre for a few minutes.
Now, with Batman, there were a bunch of guys dressed up as Batman characters…. which basically told me to stay away for now. I guess I will be patient and go on Monday.
Man… its late and I am just rambling.
