Patent Law May 25, 2005

Patent law started today. Yaayyy! I learned all about specifications, patents, claims. The teacher seems pretty cool. He assigns cases based on your background. Being the only Electrical Engineering/Computer Science major in the class, I get to do all the cases related to Information Technology and all the stuff I find really cool. Thank goodness I went the engineering route rather than Bio or Chem or even worse, some worthless degree like Political Science. Sheesh! What the heck is a Poly Sci degree good for anyway? Dont we have enough toiletpaper in the world already? Ha ha ha ha… Okay okay! I am just teasing so keep your pants on! :-)

Now, I need to go and read about 204 pages of Patent Law by Monday. So… see ya!

I talked to an old friend yesterday. Funny how something like that can take you back years and you end up being the same kid that you were. Who says time travel isnt possible? :-)

Anyway, it was a pleasant conversation and it was fun to reminisce. Okay… snap back to reality :-)

I just found out that I have homework for Criminal Procedure already! Greaaaat! Well the good news is that I had a blast this weekend. Its been a while since I had such a great time so I dont mind a little homework.

I had a friend over today and we grilled some chicken. Nothing like two guys kicking back, watching a chick flick and whining about life in general. It was awesome :-)
